Every Wednesday, THBC Prayer Warriors meet to lift up God's people and their needs in prayer. All are welcome to join this group.

Awana is a nondenominational ministry that assists churches in reaching children and teenagers with the gospel of Jesus Christ and training them to serve Him.

AWANA will resume in September.

Youth Group (The Upper Room)

July 25-August 1, 2026

Youth Mission Trip to Chicago

Our Senior High Youth Group will be heading to Chicago, Illinois, for their mission trip to Montrose Baptist Church. They will leave

on July 25 and return on August 1. During their time in Chicago, they will serve the church, lead worship, and share the Gospel

while evangelizing on the streets of Chicago. Please be praying for them while they are away. Pray that God will give them

boldness to step out of their comfort zones and reach others with the Word of God. Pray for safety as they travel and throughout

the week, for good health, and for God to work in and through each of them. May their lives be changed as they faithfully serve

Him and share His love with others.

Growth Groups

Summer in Psalms

Ken Smith will lead a 12-week interactive Growth Group entitled, “Summer in the Psalms” beginning Sunday, May 31^st. Each week, we will take a deeper look at one of the many types of Psalms – thanksgiving, lament, imprecatory, Messianic, etc. Ken will also have a reading plan for you each week as we study each type of Psalm. Come prepared to learn and grow together!

Please note! There will be NO Growth Group on Sunday, July 5th, because of the holiday.

All are invited to come for a time of fellowship, singing, and worship. You will leave feeling encouraged and blessed. 

In the Fellowship Hall. Saints Alive takes place every Thursday at 10:30 am through October.

Church Picnic

THBC's annual picnic is Saturday, July 25th at Center Lake Bible Camp. CLBC is located on 20 Mile Road in Tustin.

Join your church family for fun, fellowship, and food at Center Lake Bible Camp! Saturday, July 25^th 2:00-6:00pm. There’s a lot to do there - the waterfront is open, you can catch a ride on the ever-popular zipline, take in the Game Room, or just engage your friends in good conversation. All the food is provided; dinner will be served at 5:00 pm. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and

join the fun!

Gather — A Women's Ministry Luncheon

God is already doing something beautiful among the women of Temple Hill. This August, we’re coming together to celebrate

what He’s built, share a vision for where we’re headed, and make sure every woman has a place to belong, grow, and serve. 

Bring a friend! All women 18 and older welcome. Childcare is provided. Please sign up at the table in the foyer. Mark your calendar!

Quarterly Business Meeting

The third Quarterly Business Meeting will be held August 16^th following the morning service. Reports will be available to pick up at the Welcome Center on August 9^th. Please plan to stay and participate as we celebrate what God is doing here at THBC.

Rooted Young Adults Ministry

Young adults ages 18-35 are invited to join this monthly gathering for fellowship, worship and study.

This is a once-per-month get together, and singles and young married couples (married 5 years or less) are welcome.

Jim Johnson Golf Open

Jim Johnson Golf Open is scheduled for Sunday, September 20th, with a shotgun start at 3:00 pm. Golfers should arrive at the Cadillac Country Club between 2:30 and 2:45 pm. Cost is $30 per person and includes 9 holes, cart, light dinner and prizes. The event is for participants 9th grade and up. See Bruce Schroeder or call the church office with questions.
