Weekly

Wednesdays 6:30 pm - Prayer Meeting

Every Wednesday, THBC Prayer Warriors meet to lift up God's people and their needs in prayer. All are welcome to join this group.

Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 pm - AWANA

Awana is a nondenominational ministry that assists churches in reaching children and teenagers with the gospel of Jesus Christ and training them to serve Him.

AWANA will resume in September.

Girl's Chalk Art/Movie Night


June 27 - 12:30-5:30 pm

Youth Kayak Trip

Join us for a kayaking trip down the Manistee River! We'll be leaving from the church at 12:30 pm on Saturday, June 27th. Please eat lunch before you come. We expect to return to the church around 5-5:30 pm. Cost for the trip is $40. Come enjoy an afternoon on the river with us!

Growth Groups

Begins May 31, 2026

Summer in Psalms


Ken Smith will lead a 12-week interactive Growth Group entitled, “Summer in the Psalms” beginning Sunday, May 31st. Each week, we will take a deeper look at one of the many types of Psalms – thanksgiving, lament, imprecatory, Messianic, etc. Ken will also have a reading plan for you each week as we study each type of Psalm. Come prepared to learn and grow together!

The Grub and Scrub Shower Ministry will resume in September.

May 30, 2026 - 3:00-7:00 pm

Men’s Gathering

All men (18 and up) are invited to gather with us on Saturday, May 30th from 3-7pm here at THBC. There will be several activities available, including disc golf, cornhole, and a campfire. For dinner, we will grill steaks and asparagus, have a baked potato bar, and dessert. After dinner, we will have a short devo and an opportunity to share some wins from your men’s groups this past year. The cost of this event is $10 to help cover the cost of dinner. Please sign up by Sunday,

Library Re-Grand Opening and Summer Reading Program

After lots of hard work by the CE Committee, the library is ready for its re-grand opening on May 31ST after the service. Please come check it out, have a snack, and get your library card. Our summer reading program will also launch on the 31st and run until August 2nd.

June 3, 2026 - 6:30 pm

Prayer Concert

at First Baptist Church, 125 Stimson Street, Cadillac

We will join other area churches for a combined prayer event focusing on the needs of people in our community.

June 18, 2026 - 10:30 am

Saints Alive:

All are invited to come for a time of fellowship, singing, and worship. You will leave feeling encouraged and blessed. 

In the Fellowship Hall. Saints Alive takes place every Thursday at 10:30 am through October.

June 19, 2026 - 7:00 pm

Rooted Young Adults Ministry

Young adults ages 18-35 are invited to join this monthly gathering for fellowship, worship and study.

This is a once-per-month get together, and singles and young married couples (married 5 years or less) are welcome.

June 26 - July 2, 2026

Vacation Bible School - Twists and Turns

Twists and Turns VBS is a fantastical celebration of how following Jesus changes the game. Spin the spinner, beat the clock, skip ahead, level up, and play to win! Kids will have fun with games while learning that Jesus guides us through all the twists and turns.

July 17-18, 2026 (Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-1pm)

Missions Garage Sale

The Missions Garage Sale will take place July 17–18 this year. All are welcome to find outstanding deals on thousands of items! There's something for everyone! We will start accepting donations beginning July 13.

This is a great fundraising event for our missionaries; all proceeds go to help them further The Great Commission.

July 25 - 2-6:30 pm

Church Picnic

THBC's annual picnic is Saturday, July 25th at Center Lake Bible Camp. CLBC is located on 20 Mile Road in Tustin.

Come enjoy the fellowship, with cornhole, zip line, waterfront activities, dinner and worship.
