Awana is a nondenominational ministry that assists churches in reaching children and teenagers with the gospel of Jesus Christ and training them to serve Him.

Youth Mission Trip to Chicago

Our Senior High students will be ministering with Montrose Baptist Church in Chicago this summer, July 25-August 1. They will be helping the church with Sunday services, maintenance and clean-up, assisting at a local food pantry, and sharing the gospel on the streets of Chicago. Please be praying for them as they serve.

Growth Groups

Summer in Psalms

Ken Smith will lead a 12-week interactive Growth Group entitled, “Summer in the Psalms” beginning Sunday, May 31^st. Each week, we will take a deeper look at one of the many types of Psalms – thanksgiving, lament, imprecatory, Messianic, etc. Ken will also have a reading plan for you each week as we study each type of Psalm. Come prepared to learn and grow together!

Please note! There will be NO Growth Group on Sunday, July 5th, because of the holiday.

In the Fellowship Hall. Saints Alive takes place every Thursday at 10:30 am through October.

Rooted Young Adults Ministry

Young adults ages 18-35 are invited to join this monthly gathering for fellowship, worship and study.

This is a once-per-month get together, and singles and young married couples (married 5 years or less) are welcome.

Missions Garage Sale

The Missions Garage Sale will take place July 17–18 this year. All are welcome to find outstanding deals on thousands of items! There's something for everyone! We will start accepting donations beginning July 13.

This is a great fundraising event for our missionaries; all proceeds go to help them further The Great Commission.

July 17-18, 2026

1613 Men's Conference - Friday 6-9 pm; Saturday 7:30 am-5 pm

We are teaming up with First Baptist Church of Cadillac to participate in a men’s conference on Friday, July 17 and Saturday July 18. This will be a simulcast event, meaning we will watch the conference on the big screen in real time while it takes place in Ohio. Speakers include people like Nick Freitas, Wes Huff, and many more. First Baptist is hosting this event (125 Stimson Street) and will provide the food for the conference. Cost is $25 per person. The church office will register those who are signed up. Please pay the church office or put your registration fee in the church offering and label it “1613 Men’s Conference”. Checks may be made out to THBC. If you decide to go after the June 29th sign-up deadline, please see Pastor Andy. Church Picnic

THBC's annual picnic is Saturday, July 25th at Center Lake Bible Camp. CLBC is located on 20 Mile Road in Tustin.

Join your church family for fun, fellowship, and food at Center Lake Bible Camp! Saturday, July 25^th 2:00-6:00pm. There’s a lot to do there - the waterfront is open, you can catch a ride on the ever-popular zipline, take in the Game Room, or just engage your friends in good conversation. All the food is provided; dinner will be served at 5:00 pm. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and

God is already doing something beautiful among the women of Temple Hill. This August, we’re coming together to celebrate

what He’s built, share a vision for where we’re headed, and make sure every woman has a place to belong, grow, and serve.

Jim Johnson Golf Open

Jim Johnson Golf Open is scheduled for Sunday, September 20th, with a shotgun start at 3:00 pm. Golfers should arrive at the Cadillac Country Club between 2:30 and 2:45 pm. Cost is $30 per person and includes 9 holes, cart, light dinner and prizes. The event is for participants 9th grade and up. See Bruce Schroeder or call the church office with questions.
